Biography

I am a sociologist, educator, and academic leader dedicated to shaping both social policy and the next generation of critical thinkers. My foundational academic training includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Work, which provided a unique dual perspective on societal structures and human experiences. This combination equipped me to connect macro-level theories of inequality with the practical, ethical imperatives of direct community engagement, forming the core of my professional ethos.
Building upon this, I earned a Master of Arts in Sociology and Social Policy to deepen my analytical capacity for systemic change. This advanced degree honed my expertise in policy analysis, research methodologies, and program evaluation, allowing me to translate complex social data into actionable insights. I now channel this expertise into my dual role at Bonga University, where I serve as a Lecturer and Head of the Sociology Department. In this capacity, I am responsible for designing and delivering curriculum that bridges theoretical frameworks with contemporary social issues, while also providing strategic leadership to advance the department's academic and research mission.
