Biography

Meron Endalkachew Takele is a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Bonga University, College of Engineering and Technology, Ethiopia. She was born in Nekemte, Ethiopia, where she completed her primary and secondary education.
She earned her Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Technology and Management from Mizan-Tepi University and her Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Jimma University. Her academic background provides strong theoretical and practical expertise in construction management, project planning, and civil engineering practices.
Meron has over eight years of experience in university-level teaching. She previously served as a Lecturer at Aksum University from 2008 to 2013E.C., where she taught undergraduate courses, supervised student projects, and participated in academic and departmental activities.
Currently, she is serving as a Lecturer at Bonga University, contributing to teaching, curriculum development, academic advising, and student mentorship. Her professional interests focus on construction technology and management, with a strong commitment to quality engineering education and capacity building in Ethiopia.
