Biography

I graduated a BSc. in Natural Resource Management from Jimma University, College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine on June 30/2016 and MSc. in Forest and Nature Management from the same University on December,20/2020 G.C. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong and comprehensive knowledge in natural resource management, with particular emphasis on forest management, which closely aligns with contemporary forest-related challenges and management needs. In addition to my academic background, I have four years of professional experience at the lecturer level from which three years and three months at Wolaita Sodo University, and nine months at Bonga University, where I am currently employed. Through these roles, I have been actively engaged in teaching, field-based practical instruction, academic mentoring, and research activities in the areas of forest and natural resource management. This combination of strong academic training and practical teaching experience has enabled me to contribute effectively to higher education and to address forest management and conservation issues in both academic and applied contexts.
