Biography
Mirachew holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Hospitality Management from Hawassa University and is currently serving as an academic staff member at Bonga University. His academic work focuses on teaching, research, and community engagement in the fields of hospitality and tourism, with particular emphasis on sustainable tourism development, hotel operations, service quality, and the effective utilization of cultural and natural resources in developing destinations.
