Biography
I holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wolaita Sodo University, College of Business and Economics, with a CGPA of 3.88, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Development Management from Dilla University (CGPA 3.76). I has served in academic leadership roles, including Department Head and Dean of the College of Business and Economics. I presently pursuing a PhD in Management at Jimma University, Department of Management. My academic and research interests include strategic management, business administration, public sector governance, and development studies.
