Biography
I am Aklilu Ayele, a Psychology lecturer with a BA in Psychology from the University of Gondar and MA in Social Psychology from Addis Ababa University. I began my academic career in 1999 EC at BCTE and served in teaching and administrative roles until 2009EC. Since 2010 E.C, I have been working at Bonga University as a Psychology lecturer, HDP tutor, and former director of the Gonga Peoples’ Institute, contributing to the establishment of the Psychology Department and teaching various courses. I am currently pursuing a PhD at Jimma University, with a research focus on Social Psychology related social problems.
