Biography
Gebreegziabher Gebreyohans Belay obtained a BSc in Biology from Mekelle University and an MSc in Applied Microbiology from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. I served as an instructor of Applied Microbiology at Bonga University, where I taught a variety of undergraduate courses, including General Biology, Applied Microbiology, Immunology, Parasitology, and Virology. In addition to my teaching career, I pursued a PhD at Addis Ababa University, successfully completing my coursework. My doctoral research focuses on the immune pathogenesis of chlamydia genital infection using a stress mouse model. Currently, I am engaged in laboratory research at Bluefield State University, where I continue to contribute to the academic and scientific community. I have published approximately 5 papers in national and international journals
