and sustainable ecosystem management to optimize field and horticultural crop yields. I study climate-resilient cropping systems
Integrated Soil Fertility Management (ISFM)
conservation agriculture
and water-use efficiency to mitigate environmental stresses like drought and salinity. Additionally
I work on improving production and reducing post-harvest losses for specialty crops to pioneer smallholder farming innovations that boost food security and economic livelihoods in Ethiopia.
