Holds an M.Sc. in Software Engineering (AASTU) and a B.Sc. in Information Systems (Wachemo University). Experienced in teaching, research, and community service, with proven leadership as Acting Department Head, committee member, and national exam contributor. Certified through professional trainings including HDP, ELIP, E-SHE, OpenEdX, Cisco IT Essentials, and Udacity.
