Biography
My name is Tagay Mengesha Woldemichael. I received my first degree in Management and later earned my Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). I am professionally engaged in the field of management, where I have developed strong leadership abilities, human relations skills, and interpersonal competencies. I possess effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and I am committed to applying these capabilities in teaching, research, and organizational development at Bonga University to enhance performance and promote sustainable growth.
