The visit was led by Dr. Eng. Mesfin Negewo, Director of the Federal Construction Authority, accompanied by Deputy Directors Eng. Dereje Aregagegn and Eng. Bereket Tezera.

Participants in the visit included Dr. Degela Ergeno, President of Bonga University; Dr. Kelelew Adisu, Vice President for Academic, Research, Technology Transfer, and Community Service; Mr. Terefe Hailemariam, Head of the President's Office; as well as representatives from the project office, consulting firms, and construction contractors.

The delegation toured various projects within the university compound that are currently under construction or nearing completion. These include classrooms, laboratories, faculty housing, student dormitories, an administration building, and an auditorium.

During the visit, feedback was provided regarding the current status of the buildings and the minor remaining tasks required to make them operational in a short period of time.

Overall, the progress of the constructions was rated as "good." It was noted that identified gaps should be addressed and corrected promptly so that the projects can be completed and put into service in the near future.
