As part of the NExUS Consortium initiative, a strategic meeting was held with the Centre for Innovative Drug Development and Therapeutic Trials for Africa (CDT) and University partners to discuss the Indigenous Knowledge Transfer and One Health project proposal. The session was organized CDT in collaboration with Addis Ababa University.

Bonga University actively participated in the consultative discussions, during which stakeholders engaged in a fruitful dialogue expected to lead to concrete actions. Furthermore, the delegation visited the clinical laboratory facilities at CDT.

In his closing remarks, Dr. Degela Ergano, president of Bonga University, commended the initiative and highlighted the immense potential within the field, as well as the future prospects for collaboration.
